Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure consumer and guardian participation in service plan development
- check_circleCoordinate personal futures plan development and team meeting scheduling
- check_circleInvestigate incident reports and initiate plans of correction for abuse or neglect
- check_circleSchedule and chair screening for program vacancies and manage waiting lists
- check_circleMonitor workers' compensation and unemployment claims to minimize agency risk
- check_circleMaintain fiscal spending within approved budget limits for operations and personnel
- check_circleMonitor service sites to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- check_circleSupervise service plan delivery, staff training, and document consumer progress
Requirements
- verifiedBA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of related job experience
- verifiedMinimum two years of verifiable work experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities
