About the Role
The Assistant Manager serves as a vital partner to the Store General Manager, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest satisfaction through the management of daily store operations. This role is designed to support the store team in achieving key outcomes, including increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. The Assistant Manager oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and compliance across all shifts.
In the absence of the Store General Manager, the Assistant Manager assumes full accountability for store operations. This position requires the ability to work long and irregular shifts, including extra hours, to ensure the proper functioning of the store. The role involves direct interaction with store team members, the General Manager, outside vendors, field operations team members, and guests.
