As a QA Analyst, you will execute and enhance quality assurance standards for in-restaurant, in-store, web, and mobile customer-facing technologies. This includes restaurant, fuel, and retail point of sale (POS) systems as well as back-office systems. You will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to validate IT processes through careful testing, maximizing the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for QA on your assigned project, coordinating all test activities and advising stakeholders on testing scope. You will mentor team members, relay product knowledge, and provide on-the-job training. Working closely with development teams and product owners, you will help define the scope of testing to ensure maximum coverage. You will also collaborate with the test automation team to identify areas for automation and assist customers with testing and training.
The ideal candidate is passionate about quality software and will contribute to the definition and enforcement of QA processes based on best practice methodology. You will remain current on industry trends and the latest techniques to drive effective QA processes that improve results for our clients.
