About the Role
We are seeking a Data Engineer to build the scalable, reliable data pipelines and infrastructure that power our organization's insights. This role exists to transform raw data into a trusted asset, ensuring that our teams can make data-driven decisions with confidence.
In this position, you will be the architect of our data ecosystem. You will design and construct robust ETL/ELT pipelines, manage data warehousing solutions, and orchestrate complex workflows using tools like Airflow. Your day-to-day involves collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights, while simultaneously ensuring data integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation techniques.
Beyond the technical build, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify evolving data needs and align our strategies with broader organizational goals. You will also play a key role in communicating findings effectively by creating templates, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders. Additionally, you will design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate data-driven solutions, optimizing our data collection and storage processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.
