About the Role
Conch Technologies Inc is seeking a Seasoned Systems Architect and Python Backend Developer to join our team in New York. This 12+ month contract role is designed for a professional with 7+ years of experience in designing and managing complex system applications.
In this position, you will leverage your expertise in Python, Django, and GraphQL to build and maintain high-scale applications on AWS. The role demands a deep understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven pub/sub frameworks. You will be responsible for shaping application architecture, managing data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring platform security, and building systems that are resilient and scalable.
Team & Collaboration
You will serve as an effective cross-functional collaborator, working closely with designers, product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive technical solutions that align with business goals.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in or requires relocation to the NYC metro area. Candidates must be available to work onsite and align with New York market hours.
