Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCalculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs
- check_circleConduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs
- check_circleVerify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs
- check_circleReconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy
- check_circleMonitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper stock levels
- check_circleTroubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee return process
- check_circleAdhere to food safety and handling policies across all food-related areas
- check_circleReport accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- check_circleEnter and locate work-related information using computers and point of sale systems
- check_circleReceive, unload, and process deliveries while refusing damaged or incorrect items
