We are seeking a senior leader to build and lead our Purchase Price Disputes practice within the Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Advisory group. This position offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and build skills while interacting with team members across all levels of the practice.
The ideal candidate combines deep transaction accounting expertise with strong dispute resolution judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to act as an independent and credible decision-maker in contentious matters. You will serve as an independent neutral accountant in connection with M&A-related disputes, advising clients on post-closing purchase price adjustment disputes and working capital adjustments, indebtedness disputes, cash and transaction expense disputes, earn-outs, and GAAP interpretation issues.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm where most professionals are located within a commutable distance to an office. This specific position is considered remote, meaning job duties do not need to be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
Please review our Universal Job Standards before applying. Studies have shown that candidates are less likely to apply unless they meet every single qualification. At CohnReznick, we are dedicated to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. If you are excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for this or one of our other roles.
