About the Role
As a Public Area Attendant, you will be the face of our properties, responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned public spaces. Your day-to-day environment includes lobbies, business centers, fitness centers, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, and driveways.
You will ensure that every guest interaction is attended to with an attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor. This role requires you to be adaptable; you may be called upon to complete special cleaning assignments or perform Room Attendant and House Attendant duties as necessary to support the team. Your efforts directly contribute to overall guest satisfaction and the seamless operation of our hotels.
