In Public Service Strategy & Consulting, we partner with governors, cabinet secretaries, agency commissioners, mayors, city and county leaders, university presidents, and nonprofit executives across Tennessee to reimagine how public institutions deliver value to the communities they serve. About the Role

You are a leader who loves solving challenges, not just studying them. As a Senior Manager in Strategy & Consulting, you will join an amazing and diverse mix of world-class experts to develop provocative points of view and transformative insights that help shape industries. You will do so much more than consult; you will drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets.

In this role, you will design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. You will serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries, delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design transformation. Your focus will be on driving industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, with a specific emphasis on people and process.

Location & Travel This role is based in Nashville, TN. The position requires the ability to travel 75%.
