In Public Service Strategy & Consulting, we partner with governors, cabinet secretaries, agency commissioners, mayors, city and county leaders, university presidents, and nonprofit executives across Tennessee to reimagine how public institutions deliver value to the communities they serve. Our work spans the full arc of organizational transformation, including modernizing legacy operations, designing data-driven programs, managing large-scale ERP and technology modernizations, and building the workforce and change management capabilities needed to sustain impact long after implementation.

About the Role

The Public Service Manager is a key driver of our mission to enable process improvements that create value for clients. You will design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people. Your focus will be on delivering programmatic, operational, and organizational design transformation, specifically targeting performance and outcome improvements.

In this role, you will design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation, with a strong emphasis on the human and process elements of change. You will serve an array of clients across state and local government, nonprofit, and educational industries, leveraging your experience to lead complex transformations. This position requires significant travel (75%+) and is based in Nashville, TN.
