About the Role
We are seeking a PTC - PC Refresh Tech-Support Analyst to join our team in Middletown, PA. This fully on-site position serves as the backbone of our IT refresh operations, ensuring that desktops, laptops, and peripherals are prepared and deployed efficiently for our users.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware. Your day involves unboxing and preparing desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories, followed by applying Windows 11 OS images using SCCM and Intune. You will install necessary software within the Windows 11 environment and maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow. Additionally, you will assist with the deployment of new assets and the decommissioning of old equipment. Success in this role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and strong communication skills.
