As an integral member of our clinical team, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Your day will involve the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, fostering a positive learning environment for clients, and connecting with families. You will also be responsible for recording session data accurately using electronic devices.
Services are delivered in clients' homes or in community-based locations. The schedule is designed to accommodate educational commitments, running Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with weekends free.
To join our team, candidates must be willing to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a 6-month impact on our clients' lives. All positions start off part-time.

Experience in education or early childhood development, childcare, babysitting, youth mentorship, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, instructional aide roles, after-school programs, camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, social services, ABA therapy, working with individuals with Autism, healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver), or supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
