As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in the Queens, NY territory. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who values being curious, adaptable, and accountable. You will execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance, navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships and manage accounts holistically. You will utilize digital tools and data-based insights to develop strategies, allocate resources, and adjust tactics to maximize performance. A key part of your mission is to deliver clear, compelling messages to customers, probe their needs, and drive changes in behavior while staying informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues.
The primary territory covers all of Queens, NY, as well as the Great Neck portion of Nassau County, NY. We welcome candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and involves domestic travel of up to 30-40% to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
