As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in the Queens, NY territory. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who values being curious, adaptable, and accountable. You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance in a rapidly changing environment.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with healthcare providers to deliver clear, compelling messages that address customer needs and drive changes in behavior. You will leverage digital tools and data insights to create opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and allocate resources effectively. Success in this role requires building productive internal and external relationships while staying informed on reimbursement dynamics and market trends to uncover unique opportunities.
The primary territory covers all of Queens, NY, as well as the Great Neck portion of Nassau County, NY. We consider candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries, provided they have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
