As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio within the Queens, NY territory. This role involves executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. You will navigate the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment, partnering with customers to deliver clear, compelling messages that drive changes in behavior. Your day-to-day will involve building productive internal and external relationships, utilizing digital tools and data insights to develop strategic account plans, and staying informed on reimbursement dynamics to address payer access issues effectively.
The primary territory covers all of Queens, NY, as well as the Great Neck portion of Nassau County, NY. We are looking for candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
