As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio within the Queens, NY territory (including the Great Neck portion of Nassau County). You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who is adept at navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships, utilizing digital tools and data-based insights to develop strategy and maximize sales execution. Your day-to-day involves delivering clear, compelling messages to customers, probing for needs, and driving behavioral changes through effective account management. You will also stay informed on reimbursement dynamics to address payer access issues and ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory standards.
The primary territory covers all of Queens, NY, and the Great Neck portion of Nassau County. We welcome candidates who live within 40 miles of these boundaries and have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and involves domestic travel up to 30%–40% to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
