As a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Boise South territory, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio. This role exists to execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge, driving sales performance in a rapidly changing environment. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships, uncover unique market opportunities, and address payer access issues. Success in this position requires a self-starter who can navigate complex commercialization challenges and deliver clear, compelling messages to healthcare providers.
This role is based in Boise, Idaho, with a target territory covering Boise, Ontario, McCall, Twin Falls, and Pocatello. We welcome candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. Driving is an essential duty of this job, and you must hold a valid driver's license in good standing.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
