This role covers the Cincinnati East, OH territory, with a primary focus on the city of Cincinnati. We welcome candidates residing within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, provided they have access to a major airport. The territory encompasses Lebanon, Montgomery, Hyde Park, Chillicothe, Athens, and Lancaster.

As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies grounded in comprehensive clinical knowledge. In this role, you will navigate the toughest commercialization challenges in a rapidly changing environment. Your day-to-day involves using digital tools and data insights to develop strategies, allocate resources, and adjust tactics to maximize sales performance. You will deliver compelling messages to customers, probe their needs, and drive behavioral changes through effective objection handling. Success requires building productive internal and external relationships, mapping account linkages, and staying informed on reimbursement dynamics to address payer access issues effectively.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
