As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in the Queens, NY territory. This role involves executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. You will be part of an organization that values being curious, adaptable, and accountable, tasked with navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships, gathering and validating key market trends, and applying therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities. You will also stay informed on reimbursement dynamics to effectively address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
The target area for this territory is Queens, NY, including all of Queens as well as the Great Neck portion of Nassau County, NY. We consider candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. Travel of up to 30-40% domestically is required to regularly meet with the customer base, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
