As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio within the Queens, NY territory. This role exists to execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge, driving sales performance in a rapidly changing environment. You will partner with customers to deliver clear, compelling messages, probe needs, and close calls with actionable commitments that drive changes in behavior. Your day-to-day involves building productive internal and external relationships, utilizing digital tools and data insights to develop strategy, and navigating complex reimbursement dynamics to ensure patient access.
The primary territory covers all of Queens, NY, as well as the Great Neck portion of Nassau County, NY. We welcome candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries, provided they have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and involves travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Previous experience within a specialty product sales force. Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels, and related activities.
