As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio within the Queens, NY territory. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who thrives in a rapidly changing environment. You will execute sales and marketing strategies supported by comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance and address complex commercialization challenges.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with healthcare providers to deliver clear, compelling messages that drive changes in behavior. You will build and maintain productive internal and external relationships, utilizing digital tools and data-based insights to develop strategic account plans. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of reimbursement dynamics and the ability to navigate the pharmaceutical regulatory environment while adhering to strict compliance standards.
The primary territory covers all of Queens, NY, as well as the Great Neck portion of Nassau County, NY. We are seeking candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and involves domestic travel up to 30-40% to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.
