About the Role
As a Psychiatrist at LifeStance, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive mental health services through both in-person and telehealth visits. This position exists to bridge the gap in accessible psychiatric care, allowing you to conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medication with a strong focus on safety and positive outcomes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, therapists, and care partners to ensure holistic care. Your day will involve conducting diagnostic assessments, monitoring treatment responses, and educating patients and families on their diagnoses and options. Whether working in an office or remotely, you will utilize telepsychiatry technology to maintain compliance with clinical standards while fostering meaningful connections with your patients.
