About the Role
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support our business development efforts by coordinating and producing high-quality, compliant proposals and qualifications in a fast-paced AEC environment. This individual contributor role serves as a vital bridge between proposals, marketing, and technical teams, supporting multiple pursuits from kickoff through final submission.
In this position, you will manage the lifecycle of RFQs, RFPs, and SOQs, ensuring every document meets strict compliance standards. You will be responsible for developing, editing, and formatting proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions using Adobe InDesign and established templates. Your day-to-day involves maintaining robust content libraries and performing quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.

This position offers flexibility and may be located in St. Louis, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Toledo, OH; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Greer, SC; or Houston, TX.
