About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our thriving Engineering team. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical engineering capabilities and compelling client communication. You will be the architect of our narrative, developing and coordinating high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that highlight our services to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

In this fast-paced, innovative environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with company messaging. Your day-to-day involves using design tools to create visually impactful layouts, managing strict proposal schedules, and conducting thorough quality control checks.
