This position serves as a critical leader for building maintenance operations, ensuring high standards of facility upkeep and environmental safety. The role exists to bridge the gap between operational requirements and staff execution, managing the day-to-day rhythm of janitorial and maintenance services. You will be responsible for establishing the procedures that keep the building running smoothly while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among the team.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of maintenance operations, from scheduling and assigning tasks to conducting inspections that identify equipment needs and potential hazards. A significant portion of your day involves coaching and counseling staff to ensure job results meet established standards, alongside managing inventory and preparing detailed operational reports. The position requires a flexible mindset, including mandatory rotating weekends, to provide coverage for group offices and address emerging operational needs.
