This position serves as a critical leader for building maintenance operations, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role exists to establish and enforce high standards for janitorial and maintenance services while managing the daily operational rhythm of the team. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between management concerns and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that environmental and operational conditions are continuously monitored and addressed.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of maintenance tasks, from scheduling and assigning work to coaching staff and appraising job results. Your day involves conducting inspections to determine necessary equipment and personnel requirements, managing inventory for maintenance supplies, and preparing detailed reports on facility status. You will also provide coverage for group offices as needed, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
