The Community Manager serves as the operational and financial leader for the property, acting as the primary liaison between residents, owners, and the Capstone Management team. This role is critical for driving revenue, ensuring asset preservation, and fostering a positive living environment. The position combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on property management to achieve occupancy and performance goals.
In this capacity, you will manage the full spectrum of property operations, from analyzing financial statements and setting rent rates to overseeing lease enforcement and vendor relations. You will lead the property staff, ensuring high standards of resident service and property maintenance are met daily. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with property owners by providing transparent updates on performance and conducting regular property tours.
Candidates selected for an offer of employment will be required to undergo a thorough Criminal History Record Check and a Drug Screen Test. Capstone Management maintains a strict policy regarding convictions involving illegal drug use, public indecency, theft, or crimes against persons or property. Exceptions may be considered based on the nature of the offense, the time elapsed, and other mitigating factors. Moving traffic violations are generally not considered unless they involve reckless driving, DUI, or excessive violations.
