Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct daily interior and exterior building walkthroughs to ensure safety and compliance
- check_circleIdentify and resolve issues involving small appliances and general building equipment
- check_circleReplace bulbs, work in confined spaces, and utilize ladders safely to maintain facilities
- check_circleInterpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repairs and installations
- check_circleAssemble or dismantle furniture and equipment according to manufacturer procedures
- check_circlePrepare, pack, and secure items for transport ensuring loads are balanced to prevent damage
- check_circleConduct routine safety checks on agency vehicles including tire pressure, fluid levels, and lighting
- check_circleSchedule and transport vehicles for regular servicing to ensure fleet longevity
- check_circleMaintain fleet readiness by ensuring vehicles are properly fueled and cleaned inside and out
- check_circleAssist in maintaining accurate vehicle logs and service records using Microsoft Office Suite
- check_circleSafely operate agency vehicles to move equipment, furniture, or supplies between locations
- check_circleRespond to minor roadside issues such as jump-starting batteries or coordinating towing services
