Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain and update the historical CPM schedule database regularly
- check_circleSupervise one or more Project Scheduler assistants as needed
- check_circleDevelop proposal phase CPM schedules using estimating data and historical databases
- check_circleConduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline, and update phases
- check_circleCreate baseline schedules based on logic and sequence information from project superintendents
- check_circleProduce final as-built CPM schedules upon project completion
- check_circleRevise project CPM schedules weekly using reports from project superintendents
- check_circleAssist in claims development by analyzing project CPM schedule performance
- check_circleCoordinate means, methods, and resource management for successful work execution
- check_circleGenerate monthly status reports for general managers regarding CPM schedule progress
Requirements
- verifiedFive years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction
- verifiedFour-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
- verifiedProficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- verifiedThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, and methods), scheduling systems, negotiations, engineering and cost control schedules
