You will be expected to have a constant field presence to support safe work practices, develop safeguards, and foster a family-centric culture. Your mission is to ensure consistent safe practices throughout the corporation by providing technical safety and health support to both field and corporate personnel.
You will serve as a key advisor on regulatory compliance, identifying training needs, coordinating safety programs, and participating in new product and process reviews. From auditing job site practices to investigating incidents and implementing hazard communication programs, you will play a vital part in shaping a safe and compliant work environment. This role requires the ability to travel as needed to support field operations and ensure safety standards are met across all locations.
