About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee our marine construction projects from conception to completion. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where financial controls, scheduling, and execution are critical to success. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

In this position, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams, third-party contractors, and vendors. Your day-to-day involves developing comprehensive project plans, conducting site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance, and negotiating contracts to secure profitable agreements. You will provide expert guidance on equipment, materials, and processes for sitework and demolition, while proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective quality control measures.
