About the Role
Join us as a Project Manager to help shape some of the most stunning homes in the Bay Area. In this role, you will work closely with a Superintendent to co-lead both field and office operations. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, team coordination, and client communication, ensuring each project is executed with precision and care.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, design-driven environments. You will serve as the main liaison between the client, architect, consultants, and internal teams, fostering professional, solutions-driven communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead project kickoff, contract buyout, cost tracking, billing, and labor projections
- check_circleDevelop and manage project schedules including construction sequencing and look-ahead plans
- check_circleCoordinate and document subcontractor scopes, submittals, RFIs, and lead times
- check_circleMonitor budget and scope to ensure work is completed on time and under budget
- check_circleIdentify and mitigate risks to budget and schedule while managing change orders
- check_circleServe as main liaison between client, architect, consultants, and internal teams
- check_circleMaintain accurate documentation including drawings, submittals, and change orders
- check_circleManage digital and hardcopy closeout materials including as-built drawings and warranties
- check_circleSupport and mentor Assistant Project Managers and oversee the accuracy of their work
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- verifiedExperience with project budgets ranging from $5M to $40M
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred; architectural or engineering background is a plus
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam is required
- verifiedExperience with MS Project or Smartsheet is a strong plus
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation
