Partner is seeking a full-time Project Manager to perform property condition assessments alongside comprehensive project management responsibilities. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will be the bridge between client expectations and team execution, ensuring quality control throughout the project's life cycle.
In this position, you will cultivate strong relationships with both the Partner team and our clients to successfully deliver quality products on time. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, conduct occasional inspections, and write detailed reports. The role requires a deep understanding of building science as it pertains to due diligence, allowing you to provide solid recommendations and solutions that understand the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process.
