About the Role
As an experienced Project Manager - Project Delivery Specialist, you will join Deloitte's Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), a framework tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a consultant in a collaborative environment, sharing new ideas and driving project success without the extensive demands of travel.
In this position, you will serve as a Project Manager supporting SAP application delivery, change management, and production support activities. You will lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation, implementing leading practice workflows and addressing quality deficits. Your day-to-day involves coordinating technical delivery activities, managing change requests via SAP ChaRM, and ensuring timely issue triage and resolution. You will collaborate closely with Engagement Managers, project teams, and functional representatives to drive operational outcomes and maintain system stability.

Requirements
- verified7+ years of experience in SAP project management, application support, or delivery leadership
- verified7+ years of experience working with SAP ABAP and SAP Material Management (MM)

- verifiedExperience with SAP ABAP object-oriented programming, data modeling, and dictionary management

Nice to Have
Experience leading SAP support or enhancement workstreams across cross-functional teams. Hands-on knowledge of SAP release management and production support processes. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise delivery governance. Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products. Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
