The Project Manager serves as a key support to the branch chief, organizing, coordinating, planning, and executing activities for major analytical tasks. This role is critical for ensuring the effective execution of complex projects by assigning resources, scheduling deliverables, and maintaining configuration control and quality assurance. The position requires the ability to establish and alter project organizations to provide optimal support for analytical missions.
In this capacity, you will ensure strict conformance to task specifications and major analytical provisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules that outline tasks, durations, dependencies, and deliverables. Additionally, you will support or lead initial and interim reviews of major analytical tasks and prepare briefings, draft point papers, and write information papers at required security classification levels.
