As a Technical Project Manager, you will support the Global Head of Data Platforms and Artificial Intelligence (DP&AI). You will participate in multi-functional technology projects and programs that impact experiences for clients, employees, and stakeholders across the firm. This role is designed to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into actionable tasks, navigate ambiguity, and drive transformative change.
In this position, you will partner with the Chief of Staff to manage resource allocation, budgets, and the Global Book of Work, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills will foster productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective risk management.
You will aid in the development and implementation of strategic technical program plans, supporting the Global Head of DP&AI in executing strategic priorities. Your day-to-day operations will involve overseeing resource allocations, tracking projects, and identifying operational bottlenecks to enhance team efficiency. You will prepare briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership, facilitating decision-making with relevant data and insights. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.
Beyond project execution, you will drive initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. You will also support change management efforts related to technology transformation, process enhancements, and organizational restructuring.
