Role Context
We are seeking an AI Software Engineer 2 to join the team in San Jose, CA. This is a 100% onsite role with a 12-month contract term. The position is designed for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of rapidly taking products from concept to launch while scaling them massively through performance tuning and optimization of complex, globally distributed systems.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Python and application service development to drive AI agent development. You will be expected to work deeply with agentic LLM libraries and technologies, including LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, AutoGen, and MCP. Your work will involve designing and deploying robust solutions that integrate advanced database technologies (MongoDB, Vector, Graph) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Hiring Process
