About the Role
The Project Manager - I serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Strategic Meetings & Engagement team within US Commercial Operations. This position is designed to design, deliver, and scale efficient, data-driven processes across the full lifecycle of meetings and events. The role blends project management, process optimization, technology enablement, data governance, and vendor management to drive sustainable efficiencies, improve data integrity, and support enterprise scalability.
This is a hybrid role based in Foster City, CA, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. It focuses on administration execution while maintaining a strategic operational excellence mindset that leverages automation, best-in-class tools, and structured governance to reduce manual effort and enable consistent, repeatable outcomes.
