Hilton Humanitarian Prize, the Task Force operates sixteen programs focused on neglected tropical diseases, vaccines, and health systems strengthening.
The Neglected Tropical Diseases Support Center (NTD-SC) is a key component of the Task Force, aiming to optimize operational research and surveillance to eliminate neglected tropical diseases in marginalized communities. The NTD-SC hosts the secretariat for the Coalition for Operational Research on NTDs (COR-NTD), a global partnership dedicated to this research agenda.
This position serves as the lead for a DHIS2-based information system, guiding the system from development through launch and post-launch support. The role balances product management and project leadership, ensuring the system is delivered within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high quality and strategic direction. You will align technical work with programmatic and operational needs, coordinating design, development, testing, and rollout to meet stakeholder expectations.
As the lead, you will provide thought leadership on product adaptation and adoption, define requirements for data outputs and dashboards, and oversee defect resolution. The role involves managing vendor relationships, supervising staff, and contributing to long-term system strategy, including exploring pathways to make system components available as public goods for the broader NTD community.
This is a term-limited position through May 30, 2027, with continuation contingent upon the availability of future funding. The role requires residency in the state of Georgia. While the position offers the opportunity to work from home regularly, employees must be able to commute to the Emory University/The Task Force for Global Health office on a flexible weekly schedule based on business needs. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Master's degree in business, informatics, computer science, public health, or a related field. Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to manage a small team. Previous experience managing large ($1M+), complex, donor-funded projects. Experience working directly with end users to translate needs into system requirements. Previous experience developing and/or using DHIS2-based health information systems. French language skills.
