The Role
This Project Manager will lead the execution of construction and remodel projects within the supermarket sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your day-to-day involves managing the installation and commissioning of complex refrigeration systems, including natural refrigerants like CO2 and glycol, while overseeing HVAC and control systems to optimize energy efficiency.
You will drive capital expenditure planning and facilities systems management, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. This role requires a field-based presence with regular site visits to supermarkets under construction, involving approximately 75% travel across the Greater Philadelphia area and throughout middle Pennsylvania.

Requirements
