Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee multiple job sites and manage projects through all construction phases
- check_circleCoordinate subcontractors and oversee trade contractor performance
- check_circleReview architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
- check_circleAdminister construction contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements
- check_circleLead project teams including supervision of Project Engineers
- check_circleIdentify risks, disputes, and potential claims while proactively managing resolution
- check_circleMonitor project progress and conduct status meetings to ensure schedule adherence
- check_circleManage project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, and risk mitigation
- check_circleCommunicate regularly with owners, architects, and stakeholders regarding project status

Requirements
