We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex New Product Development (NPD) programs within our Orthopaedics division. This role is critical for driving products from concept to launch, specifically focusing on robotics, electromechanical systems, embedded software, and cloud applications. You will serve as the central hub for cross-functional teams spanning engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions, ensuring seamless execution in highly regulated environments.
In this position, you will apply Agile and DevOps practices to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues. Your day-to-day involves overseeing cloud-based connected solutions, maintaining rigorous Design History File (DHF) documentation, and ensuring compliance with design controls and Quality Management Systems (QMS). You will also manage sustaining engineering efforts, product enhancements, and cost reduction initiatives while providing executive-level reporting to guide strategic decisions.
This is a 12-month onsite role based in Andover, MA. The position requires a candidate with deep domain knowledge of FDA-regulated product development and the ability to navigate the complexities of the medical device industry.
