The Project Manager for Early Phase (EP) serves as the strategic bridge between Parexel and our sponsors, leading teams to develop tailored solutions for clinical research programs. This position is designed for a professional who combines deep clinical research experience with agile project management skills to drive operational excellence. You will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of EP clinical trials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with ICH, GCP, and applicable regulations.
Beyond execution, you will manage the financial health of your projects, overseeing revenue recognition, milestone payments, and pass-through invoices. This role requires the flexibility to make informed, independent decisions in ambiguous situations, acting as the central point of contact for functional teams and the primary liaison for sponsors. From pre-award strategy and bid defense to study close-out and lessons learned, you will shape the outcome of clinical research initiatives.
This is a home-based role with a strong preference for candidates located in California, Colorado, or Texas. You will lead virtual teams across various locations and cultures, utilizing digital tools to maintain seamless communication and project tracking.
