The Project Manager for Early Phase (EP) serves as the strategic bridge between Parexel and our sponsors, leading cross-functional teams to deliver tailored clinical research solutions. This position is designed for a professional who combines deep clinical research expertise with agile project management skills to drive operational excellence. You will be the central point of contact for sponsors, responsible for navigating the complexities of early-phase trials from pre-award strategy through to project close-out.
In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of clinical operations and logistical strategies, holding accountability for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Beyond execution, you will manage the financial health of your programs, overseeing revenue recognition, milestone payments, and compliance with ICH, GCP, and internal SOPs. Your work directly shapes the outcome of clinical research, requiring the flexibility to make informed decisions independently in ambiguous situations.
This is a home-based role with a strong preference for candidates located in California, Colorado, or Texas. You will lead virtual teams across different locations and cultures, leveraging digital tools to maintain seamless communication and collaboration.
