The Project Manager serves as a champion for the Agency, partnering closely with all departments to ensure holistic project health and success. This role is responsible for crafting project plans and managing day-to-day execution from the initial setup and onboarding phase through to the retrospective. The goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and strictly on brief.
Working in lockstep with Brand, Creative, Strategy, Creative Analytics, Production, and Media counterparts, the Project Manager establishes and communicates milestones, proactively identifies roadblocks, and solves ongoing needs. They navigate resourcing, schedules, and financials with confidence to deliver excellent work that satisfies both client and Agency goals. While respecting and implementing established processes, the ideal candidate knows how and when to be appropriately flexible.
