You will take full ownership of high-impact construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout across the commercial, industrial, and federal sectors. This role offers the autonomy to lead diverse operations while rewarding high-level accountability and forward-thinking leadership. You will serve as the central hub synchronizing shop operations with active field projects to maintain consistent workflow and productivity across multiple job sites.

Requirements
