Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final turnover
- check_circleOversee buildings, sitework, utilities, and phased construction operations
- check_circleManage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
- check_circleMaintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager
- check_circleConduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- check_circleIdentify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
- check_circleCoordinate inspections and ensure readiness for major milestones and occupancy requirements
- check_circleProduce and distribute short-term three-week look-ahead schedules
- check_circleEnforce OSHA standards and company safety policies
- check_circleAssist with punch list completion, project closeout, and client turnover
Requirements
- verifiedProven experience as a Superintendent on multi-family and/or commercial construction projects
- verifiedExperience managing projects with multiple buildings or phased turnover schedules
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and identify conflicts early
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and standard construction management tools
- verifiedOSHA knowledge and commitment to maintaining safe job sites
