About the Role

Advance your civil engineering career where your work shapes residential communities and site development projects across the Southeast. In this client-focused, project leadership role, you will lead impactful projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build strong client relationships within a company celebrated as a Best Place to Work.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment where you manage one or multiple civil site development projects for residential and private sector clients. Your day will involve preparing and overseeing construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, while developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Beyond technical execution, you will lead proposal preparation, coordinate with clients and contractors, and visit project sites to support business development. You will also supervise and mentor engineers and technicians, communicating project status, risks, and solutions effectively.
