About the Team

Headquartered in Germany, Robert Bosch GmbH is a premier global supplier with four primary business sectors: Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. Over 400,000 associates generate sales of over €90 billion, creating technology that is "Invented for life."

In North America, the Bosch Building Technologies Integrator Business offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation. This business was established through the 2015 acquisition of Climatec, a recognized independent single-source integrator of critical building systems. In 2023, Bosch further expanded its footprint by acquiring Canadian-based security integrator Paladin Technologies. The combined entity now represents over $800 million in revenues and 2,800 associates, serving market segments including data centers, commercial real estate, and government sectors across the U.S. and Canada.

About the Role

As a Project Manager for Bosch Building Technologies, you will serve as the central hub for highly complex projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Your mission is to scope, plan, and build projects utilizing the latest technology from leading vendors such as Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Milestone, and Avigilon.

You will manage every aspect of major projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery for new construction initiatives. This role requires balancing efficient team management with professional representation of Bosch BT's values, including a leadership mindset, people development, and a strong focus on both the team and the client. Success in this position involves navigating complex stakeholder engagements and managing large, multi-million-dollar projects with precision.

Hiring Process

We are seeking candidates who are authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S. (future sponsorship is unavailable). If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please contact our HR team at 602-944-3330 or email talentacquisitionteam@climatec.com. Please note that HR representatives do not have visibility into application or interview status.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.

Why Join Us

Bosch Building Technologies offers a comprehensive benefits package effective from your first day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match. We provide paid time off, state-mandated sick leave, and nine paid holidays.
