About the Role

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to join and manage projects for our Massachusetts clients. This role is designed for an experienced leader eager to expand management capabilities, lead a growing team, and mentor junior employees. You will assume leadership responsibility for managing design projects and coordinating among various project design disciplines. Beyond project execution, you will oversee office operations and facilities, balancing project demands with opportunities for professional development while supervising and mentoring junior-level design staff.

In this position, you will assist the Regional Manager in growing the practice by expanding the office backlog, increasing the client base, and entering new markets.
